Quality | Our production team is the kernel of our company. For this reason, we have created a team of 30 agronomists, organized in 6 working groups, in order to have the maximum specialization.
We support the farmers during all production phases and we carefully follow the crop productions, in order to adopt the best cultivation techniques based on the specific variety and the peculiar weather conditions.
Some of the key interventions, like roguing and crop isolation, are carried out directly by our staff, while other crop works, like sowing, cutting and the harvest, are done by the farmers but only after our authorization. This protocol is aimed at the application of the most suitable equipment and, above all, at the perfect timing of cutting and harvest, when the crop ripening is full.
